Geotechnical instrumentation to monitor performance of foundation deformations, anchor and strut loads, as well as tilt and vibrations at sensitive structures are often required to achieve the desired level of safety and efficiency during construction. Maintaining stability and limiting displacement to acceptable levels is an important part of geotechnical design.
